Indian Premier League (IPL) ndi ligi ya cricket ya amuna, yomwe imasewera ndi matimu khumi ochokera kumizinda khumi yaku India. Leagueyi idakhazikitsidwa ndi Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) mu 2007.[1]

IPL ndiye ligi ya kiriketi yomwe anthu ambiri apezeka nayo padziko lonse lapansi ndipo mu 2014 idakhala pa nambala 6 pa anthu opezekapo pakati pamasewera onse amasewera.[2] Mu 2010, IPL idakhala masewera oyamba padziko lonse lapansi kuwulutsidwa pa YouTube.[3][4] Mtengo wa IPL mu 2019 unali US$ 6.3 biliyoni.[5]
