AIC I1300[Sinthani | sintha gwero]

The I1300 is the smallest and lowest power AIC processor family available. The CPU family is designed to be highly reliable and highly efficient with minimal heat output. It is targeted for the cost sensitive and power sensitive applications. The processor incorporates an integrated advanced FPU and a configurable L1 cache which can be configured from 4KB to as high as 16KB giving manufacturers more flexibility in their implementation of the IP core. The processor also supports additional components to be integrated into a single chip or as an external IC component. The processor packs enough power to handle up to a 5MP camera ISP with up to 720p video recording at 30fps. The CPU supports multi core processing of up to 4 cores.

AIC I1400[Sinthani | sintha gwero]

The AIC I1400 is a multi core processing CPU family capable of handling up to 4 cores. The I1400 is designed for a wide variety of applications and is the most popular AIC processor available. It is an extremely configurable processor and allows a variety of components to be integrated into the a single chip. It's L1 cache can be configured from 8KB to 32KB and also supports an optional L2 cache of up to 256KB. It has better energy efficiency and performance than the I1300 at the same clock frequency.

AIC I1500[Sinthani | sintha gwero]

The AIC I1500 is a 32 bit AIC processor family which support Physical Address Extension and hardware virtualization. With the PAE support, it is capable of handling more than 4GB of RAM. The processor has an integrated advance FPU, programmable interrupt control and memory management unit. Like other AIC processor family, it is highly customizable allowing manufacturers to only add and implement additional components necessary for the application to reduce cost and increase performance. The I1500 offered up to 85% performance boosts than the I1400 at the same clock speed with much better energy efficiency. It has a configurable L1 cache of up to 64KB and an optional L2 cache of up to 512KB. The processor supports multi core processing of up to 4 cores.
